Other/META Keep going? (Last two pictures are before bulk)
Posted on here a while ago and a lot of people recommended that I go into a slight surplus. I ended up doing that (around 250-300 cal) and I need opinions on if I should keep going with it or not. My goal is to compete in my first show in April so I’m not sure if I should go into an even larger surplus for a few months before prep or not.

What’s my ideal body weight?
Hi guys, I asked chatgpt and showed pics of myself to it and it recommended that I drop down to 66-70kg range.
I’m 76kg at 175cm, 23 years old around 22-24% BF.

BoC Am I lean enough to bulk or keep cutting for abit longer??
First photo 18th July - weigh in at 174lbs.
Second photo today, 9th September - weigh in 163.2lbs.
Progress in second half of my cut so far. Strength starting to dip and workouts starting to suck. Should I carry on until I’m leaner before going back into surplus?

Looking for some help!
Started at 250 lbs, cut down to 161, but I’ve since crept back up to 182. Feeling a bit lost at the moment. Been back in the gym for about 2 months running a PPLPP split, and I get ~17k steps a day from work. Not sure if I should keep bulking or start cutting again. Any advice?

Cut, lean bulk or recomp?
5’8, 180lbs at 23y/o. Lifted 2 years in high school then lost some weight with a physically job(and strength going from 225lbs bench to 185lbs). Now I’ve put 25lbs more weight on, but still a lot leaner than I was in football. Now my goal is to get very lean, but I’m just not sure if I need to cut, bulk, or maintain and just lift more. Also, how do I calculate what my TDEE is? I get quite a bit of walking(5-8mi a day), move thousands of pounds of products a day for my work(2500lbs average), and will play basketball for 30 minutes.
