Guess the car

Found this in a museum, but I wanna know if anyone could give me a lire dump on this car

I’m gonna guess it’s an 80 based on the grill, amber turn signal lenses and the thin stripe on the bumper moldings. It’s an aftermarket limo conversion, no idea by who.
