2017 XT5, weird bluetooth issue, anyone has similar issue?

The bluetooth worked fine until one day earlier this year. The bluetooth suddenly stopped working properly. The phone is able to connect to XT5 bluetooth without problem, and I can hear the voice from the incoming caller. However, the caller can't hear my voice. I tried different phones, the same issue exists.

Anyone has any ideas how this can be fixed. Thanks a lot.

You probably need a new microphone module

Thanks a lot. This looks like the possible reason. The part in the link doesn't fit 2017 XT5. I found it in the following site.

I think the part should be Hands-Free/OnStar/Bluetooth Microphone. But this one says "Active Noise Cancellation Microphone". Is this the right part? Thanks!
