2016-2019 CTS 2.0T vs 3.6

Could anyone please give me some first hand info on the reliability of the 2.0T and the 3.6 in the later model CTS’s? I got a chance to drive the 2.0T at a dealership near me and I liked it, there’s not many 3.6 available near me. Mostly worried about the reliability between the two, don’t want to buy a money pit!

Vistiq Cruise Sensors

Anyone with Vistiq or Lyriq or Optiq experience the cruise cutting off due to shadows.

On the interstate, when you pass a semi truck and there is a shadow from truck, cruise cuts out.

Also, when you turn on left turn signal at a left turn stop light or stop sign, it’s gives an alarm but nothing is there. Less so turning right but it still happens. Most blind spot monitors cut off below 10 Mph.

Cadillac really needs to fix this.

What an incredible car. Sure to be a future classic because they don’t make cars with this large of an engine and a six speed manual. It was so fun to drive yet. If you did not get on the throttle it could be used as a daily commuter

Anyone have a pic of what the stock OEM key and key fob looked like? Or still have them and can take a picture of them?? I'm trying to source some myself and everything is the generic GM stuff.

Anyone have a diagram or a photo of a vacuum line for a 2023 CT5 550T v6. I am looking to put an external Boost gauge on my car and need to see where the vacuum lines are near the throttle body

An absolute tragedy

I've been watching reruns of an old show called Canada's Worst Driver and we got up to season 10. They introduced the hero car that the worst drivers in the country were going to completely destroy. I mean not a single panel left undamaged like it had been in a major collision with a semi loke destroyed. It was a 2014 CTS-V coupe! I cry every time I see it get tortured to death by these imbeciles who shouldn't ever drive again.

Grandpa gave my cousin his Cadillac which she promptly left outside and didn’t touch for 20 years.

My turn. It’ll take me years, but she’s a beauty and I’m determined to get her running one day

Anybody ever use the Strutmasters coil over conversion kit or is it better to stick with magnetic OEM type struts?

CPO warranty I guess

I have a 2021 XT6. . I bought it used earlier this year and thought the four year part of the warranty expired in May.

I brought my car in today because the dash leather was bubbling and separating. It’s a common issue and I thought I would be screwed out of warranty. However, there was no charge And when I inquired to why they said it was part of my certified preowned warranty.

I’m baffled by this as the Carfax shows one owner before I bought it and I bought it from a Dodge dealer. Anybody have an idea of what could’ve happened? I’m not complaining just don’t know how that happened.

Side mirrors on 2025 Escalade

I tried searching through the manual but can’t actually find anything on it - are there any settings for the side mirrors? I set them when I drive but once I turn the vehicle off and get back in later, they’re back to the old settings. Any tips?

Recommendations for fuel injector cleaner? 2017 Cadillac ATS 2.0L

Hey y'all,

I recently purchased a 2017 Cadillac ATS, and I recently read that fuel injector cleaners are recommended every 3k-5k miles, i was curious if anyone has recommendations for a good injector cleaner that I should use? I've driven about 6k miles with it since I got it, so i figure it may be good to get on this practice to maintain the car.

thanks!!
