Poor Jared Harris, he’s going to get type cast as “the guy who hangs himself”

I was seriously emotionally impacted by the hanging of Lane Pryce in Mad Men. For some reason, I was haunted by that scene for weeks and weeks afterwards. When I saw that Jared Harris was in this, that's the first thing I thought of and then BAM it happened again. At least they didn't show him deceased, I'm not sure I could have finished watching the episode.

I know Mad Men has been out for years but spoilers!

He was disintegrated in Fringe and died of smoking complications in The Crown. I think he lives in The Expanse! There's hope

He also starved to death in The Terror.

Ummmm, to avoid spoilers I'll just tell you that you're going to want to watch the show again.

That’s not even close to what happened.

Anyway, The Terror and now Chernobyl are the only types of shows that can really get under my skin, just because of the fact that these horrors are things that people actually had to live through. Crazy snow monster aside, of course.

Did he? Are you sure?

Yeah, what?

Side note, interesting Hickey’s actor was cast and that both The Terror and this are basically historical thrillers.

Probably because the actor who played Hickey showed himself to be a fantastic actor.

I didn't know anything about the plot or character and just had a feeling 'I bet this dude kills himself at some point'
