Album The Curse (2023)
This for sure needs context.
Main characters of the show are standing outside the window, talking. While camera cuts between just regular camera angle from outside of the house and this one that is from inside the house they standing next to, with this lady just sitting on her couch. She have nothing to do with the scene or anything else.
I just absolutely loved this bizarre choice of an camera angle.

Clip Mary and Max (2009)
I still don't understand how they do this shot. How does it pan while the droplets fall and he's blinking and the fan is moving? Maybe it's not as complicated as it seems to me but I was really impressed with this movie.
