Someone explain to me how the #24 team that's in the top 10 for most metrics is an 8 seed. I kept hearing people say it was crazy, but literally HOW. Zags are at minimum a 7 seed (but I'd say 5 or 6 would make more sense.)

On bart torvik's analytic website their WAB was 32nd, they didn't have a great resume. Best team they beat in the non conference was probably Baylor and they had two non saint Marys WCC loses. Mostly just unlucky in close games seems like.

This game is giving me hope that we have a chance against Houston. Not sure if that's completely irrational or not, but great to get a dominate win like this in the tournament at worst.

Also, the one thing I marked as a red flag for this game heading in was Georgia's incredibly low assist rate. Teams that dice us up can pass it around and get guys open from 3. A team reliant on a few stars isn't really exploiting any of our defensive weaknesses. Also our defense really seems to be playing it's best right now anyway.
