Unique (buldak) ramen recipes?
Hi! I’m testing out uncommon (more than just a fried egg and green onions :p ) ways other people prepare their instant ramen; especially Samyang Buldak would be awesome!
If you have anything to share, maybe even something that is commonly done in your country, please feel free to reply with it! :D
Thank you!

The other night I made it carbonara style: whisked together an egg, an egg yolk, and a whole bunch of parmesan in a bowl while I cooked the noodles following packet instructions (with some stir-fried veggies). When the noodles were done I drained them and reserved the liquid, added a bit of butter to help cool down the pan, then added the egg mixture mixing constantly and adjusting the consistency with the reserved cooking water.

hey thats so smart, im definitely trying it with the classic buldak to compare it to the buldak carbonara (pink packaging)

I don’t think it’s particularly unique but I love adding a tbsp of peanut butter into it while it’s hot
Gives it a creamier mouthfeel

Classic buldak with some grated parmesan cheese mixed in is heavenly. If you're a tired parent with dino nuggets lying around, those are an okay add-in as well.
I knew someone who liked to eat it with pickles on the side, but the flavor combo wasn't it for me.
