With a correct/complete context, it's not. But on a clip as serious as this one, anyone would rarely assume "12 year old" was figurative and not literal.
Besides, if I recall correctly, the entire narrative was being corrected not just the semantics of it.
That isn't confirmed either because the person who supposedly talked to the lady than set up a gofundme and asked for money. I don't believe her at all.
i feel like what mental illness this boy has specifically is really important regarding how they would even move forward from this. because ill or not, this is a 6 foot almost 300 lb child, and something needs to be done to protect him and his family. if he threw that piece of marble (that he's strong enough to BREAK) and it accidentally hit someones head that poor kid might get a murder charge. as far as how this behavior is addressed, its important (for them and their doctors not us fr) to know what he deals with. so i dont really like that it doesnt say lol
