Dude had way too much room to exit. Looking from the point when they hit the car they weren't paying attention. Source I'm a truck driver so many idiots on the phone and so many don't even slow down when they see a cop doing a traffic stop or even try to give them space. Not even when there is a broken down car and flashing their four ways. Edited* I don't know where they gotta be that's so important to endanger others and not care
