What's the fucking point of these exchanges offering 100x leverage if they're just going to kill those types of positions every time? Does that even provide a good experience to the exchange's customers? Just offer smaller leverage you can live with and let clients win or lose at a normal rate. Even casinos know you have to let the customer win a little to get them coming back

There is no end of greed for gamblers, so it's literally free money for the exchanges. So what's wrong with free money?

Even casinos maintain a 50 something percent overall win rate. The gamblers need to get that winning feeling sometimes to keep coming back. With 100x leverage, the exchanges have to maintain a 90 something percent win rate which will just chase clients away in the long run since they never get the dopamine hit of a win

Sad but people with gambling problems want the dopamine hit that comes with high leverage

Yeah. People shouldn’t be allowed to do what they want with their money.

They should but never letting them win is just bad business practice

Then don’t use the business. If they want to engage in bad business practices it’s to their own detriment.

But what if they win the trade?

They never win. If you check Coinglass, the exchanges always make sure to liquidate the large leverage positions before moving past a certain price range. That's what's happening right now
