Fluff region exchange webstore

Hi, I'd like to know how to change the region on the webstore. I tried using a VPN, but as soon as I connect my Bandai ID, the currency goes back to the same. I created a new ID in the different region, and the currency doesn't change. What am I doing wrong?

You can"t access the store because your region ?

I can access the store but I would like to change currency
