I would guess Khalid since he's the one currently bring pushed in the comics though considering how close kent and Carter were, Maybe carter's son Hector

Hector Hall as in the one that became Sandman while Dream was trapped?

Yep. He was orginallly silver scarab then became sandman and then died for awhile and was reborn as the baby of hawk and dove then aged up to become doctor fate. Then vertigo didn't like him and lyta existing in the main dcu, so their son Daniel/new dream brought them back to the dreaming

Well who else uses it in the comics? I know there’s multiple users but I only know Kent. Are any of the other users POC or pretty new? I imagine it would be that character
