Concept: Sometimes, past floor 10, a nurse office might spawn on a floor. Going in there guarantees one medkit for everybody in the team, but summons Twisted Becky on the next floor, in a large hospital floor. If you have 3 hearts, losing one heart will instead lose you two, and attract her, as well as using a healing item. The floor has 25 machines, just like Dyle, but completing the floor resurrects one dead, spectating player, VIA a vote.
