How to care for your sleeping shelly:

1: For her not to have nightmares (again). Grab her favorite book about dinosaurs and read it out loud.

2: While reading, light a cinnamon-scented candle for maximum comfort.

3: When she twitches, carefully rub your hands over her back. It helps her remain calm.

4: If she's snoring, then it's all clear. If she's completely silent and twitching or mouthing something, RUN because she is a bout to wake up from a bad dream, or COMFORT her because she is not having a field day right now.
