The Aizen statement was about them being equal in IQ. But Urahara in bankai still was able to overpower (temporarily) a member of Yhwach's Elite Guard, what puts him... somewhere between Multi-planetary and Multiversal depending on how the fuck you interpret Bleach's 3 Worlds.
