Depends on what you gave on both sides. Indie Animation's biggest trump card the TSC! Indie Games has... The Princess, The Visitor, Monika, ETC.

Pretty sure that's a hyperbole and never meant to be taken seriously. That's more focus on the many ink from the Ink Machine or the Cycle. Also in the blog it wasn't even counted as a universe more like a pocket dimension.

Black Hat will be somehow joining Team Indie Animation soon... so he's probably also gonna carry and have a decent shot with his own crossover scalings from Cartoon Network.

Depends if you wanna full Comp him so he has a decent shot. The Cartoon Network verse is larger than any of the Indie Game verse probably or on par with the Cookie Clicker and Slay The Princess in terms of cosmology.
