Debatable with how many fucking things are all "technically" G1. Sonic could stomp IDW Prime, get his ass beat by Unicron Trilogy Prime, and honestly anything in-between.

Easy W. Sonic directly overcame the plot of 1001 Arabian Night Tales where he was supposed to be sacrificed to give Erazor Jinn the Seven World Rings so the magic page won't stop him (hell, it DIDN'T stop Burgerbeard, Plankton needed to use the page after SpongeBob to become Plank-Ton), Spongebob's magic pencil is fragile and you could use Time Eater to say Sonic could resist it, his quills would pop Spongebob's bubbles, he has fire to dry Spongebob out, i'm like 90% sure Sonic can destroy Spongebob's soul, and although Sonic has gone on record saying he's worse at Chaos Control than Shadow and can't use every Chaos Power under the sun as Super Sonic it's possible he could seal SpongeBob in himself like Blaze sealed Iblis.
Even granting Spongebob his wanked speed and keeping Sonic's measurable, Spongebob can't really hurt Starfall Super Sonic and would be vulnerable to Chaos Control.

Stomp L. Bugs outscales to the point he can punch Sonic out of Super (or just paint him blue again to revert him to base form), his speed pills would allow him to match Sonic's speed, and Sonic cannot get past Bugs' informational level regeneration. Bugs has climbed out of a transmutated state before so Ring Time is not a counter, and while Sonic's hypothetical sealing could take Bugs out normally we cannot base a victory argument around it as we are assuming Sonic has it. . . and if we grant Bugs the animator state he'd escape it by transcending that entire plane of existence. Sonic would be able to overcome Bugs' plot manipulation as he did his written fate Secret Rings, but he has been tricked before so Bugs could still outfox him fair and square. Yes, Bugs' speed pills are finite and literally ran out in the cartoon they appeared in, but Sonic is unable to actually Bugs and he could likely escape being sealed so he lacks the means for a proper blitz. Super Sonic is also finite, whether you believe in the ring limit or not he's only ever lasted a few days at the longest and has FAINTED after mere minutes of intense combat against Dark Gaia, and as soon as that runs out Bugs can transmute him into a puny bat by saying "Abra Kadabra" and end the fight.
Bugs also doesn't do mass scale reality warping, usually using only singular items, so the Super Flash undoing his reality warping and forcing him to start over isn't exactly a win-condition.

Since he has Attack Reflection, Power Nullification, Data and Hacking Resistance and Godly Regeneration, lots of Resurrection options, two ways of Damage Nullification, Forcefield Negation, Counter for Stun Inducement, Damage Transferal, Damage Reduction, lots of Time Manipulation options, lots of Amps he can use (Attack Spec/Packs for Example), Invulnerability options, Existence Erasure, etc.
