My preferred for Mr Fantastic

The Doctor outclasses him and doesn't play off him well powerset wise (plus they were in the show couple seasons back), picking a stretchy person like Plastic Man or Luffy debases Richards to JUST his powers and both would just clown on him a la Flash vs Quicksilver but if we factor in technology he might sweep both whereas with Mr Terrific it'd be powers vs technology AT FIRST and then mind vs mind because Richards could use his powers alongside his own or against Holt's gear

Barring the ultimate nullifier (which I think we shouldn't count as Richards' gear to begin with) this'd make for a fun dynamic

PLUS BOTH THEIR FIRST NAMES ARE MISTER
