Unacceptable changes being pushed in game. Liminality and other fireteam ops have become a misguided identiy crisis in destiny.

So recently bungie have changed a large number of things in fire team ops. Liminality in gm and other fireteam ops in gm are a burning hellscape.

If you wipe you are getting kicked to orbit. Who ever is in charge is chasing the coat tails of soulsborne games and is killing/purging the player base of anyone that just wants to have fun or a casual experience.

Im at the point where i want to start sending mail/complaints to sony to ask them to restructure bungie and purge senior positions there at bungie. I have not heard anyone saying they wanted any of these changes or this ungodly and extreme upgrade to difficulty.

Ya there are dam good players in this game. However destiny is mostly casual players. Ruining the casual spaces is purposefully trying to kill the game. If you dont want to make destiny anymore please gtfo and go to a different company. The game can not sustain itself on the hardcore players alone both community wise nor financially.

There isnt enough of us left for that.

Plus extinguish should never be put in the casual areas of destiny unless it is specific missions like a nightfall.

In trying to enjoy my time off not screw around and waste time on ultra difficult bs on all the dam portal missions. Im trying to roll gear not this bs.

Not every dam mission needs to feel like a raid or nightfall. If i wanted to play those id go there

Yes this was happening on non matchmade GM and so, however now Fireteam ops has Matchmade Grandmaster, and there it shound not exists, No matchmade activities should have extinguish as you are matched with fully random people no fireteam preparation nothing.

This is exactly why Bungie (and a significant portion of the community along with them) have been opposed to matchmaking for higher level content for so long, because every time we do get it we just get reminded that the more casual players who are crying about the lack of matchmaking just can't handle that content.

Thats literally how gms have always worked, if you wipe extinction is active and you get booted to orbit, thats been the case since the difficulties introduction 5 years ago.

Nightfalls sent you to orbit in 2014 during D1. There had been 3 souls games by then.

GMs have done that forever in D2.

Yes BUT im playing fireteams ops. Pinnacles were meant to be the try hard side. Why is average play for a fire team worse then pinnacle and a step above the difficulty of old school nightfalls?

Liminality is absolutely brutal right now locking you in puzzle rooms til you kill eyes. Specially its right side where its putting eyes behind you when you need to be climbing up and out. And its 3 sets of 3 eyes as you climb

Im hoping the new episode helps. Ive been stuck a long time 400 to 410 range. Been stuck at 406 to 409 for about 2 or 3 weeks.

On the bright side ive already got a load out of all T5 with bushido tecsec 2 piece bonuses(t5 weapons too)

Some people just haven't played the game but want to be a part of the mob on reddit, I guess. But I'm sure Sony execs will sit down together to proudly listen to that piece of mail they get from OP.
