Ah, they'll be grand but probably the quietest time of year

A lot of people will be off the drink following Christmas etc, and be broke, and it's cold and dark

By the end of January yes they’ll be lively again. Assuming you mean city centre

First couple of weekends be dead with people trying Dry January but end of month be busier

Yeah, people will be gagging for a night out at the end of January so they’ll be packed.

Really depends what you’re looking for. Good pubs are always good, tourist pubs are always touristy. Both are fine.

Personally love going out in January it’s quite nice restaurants are easy to get bookings and usually have a bonus come in mid January

The first 3 weeks they’ll all be very empty, especially for Dublin and especially night clubs.

You’ll still have a good few people in the pubs though.

Everyone be broke after Christmas til around 25th of January so after that you be grand everyone be getting the goo again. Can back this claim up as someone with a birthday mid January 🥲
