The whole album, Highrise, is a hidden gem of dubby tech house. From Greek artist Savvas Ysatis, released on Tresor in 1999. Highly highly recommend giving it a listen.

I remember first hearing this on at the record shop, Decks EFX and 909 was just released and the techno room guy was playing it. We found the track and amazingly they had Highrise in stock. Still own it.
