That’s amazing! I didn’t know we had such colourful marine life near Durban… would have thought the pollution would have killed them off by now. Thanks for sharing these!

The reefs are a bit offshore in the current and quite far from the disgusting Umgeni river so they're actually pretty healthy. The big problem is plastic waste coming out of the harbour and rivers.

Thanks. I'm using a Panasonic GH5II (with underwater housing and strobes etc).

Amazing photos of our nudibranchs (sea slugs) such colorful little jewels. Also love how razor fish swim head down 🤣
