Tbh I've never really seen that flag used outside of a very specific subset of Eastern Orthodoxy who support very specific things.

That being said, it displays an icon of the Holy Mandylion with IC XC NIKA in the corners

This is the flag of the Duchy of Muscovy. Some use as a symbol of Eastern Chrisitanity, others for ideologic reasons.

The first appearance of the flag was probably in the 14th or 15th century after Russia moved their capital from Kiev to Moscow in order to pay financial tribute to the Buddhist mongols who conquered Russia in the 13th century.

Lithuania and Poland expelled the mongols from Kievian Russia in the 13th and 14th centuries. Then Kievian Russia became the Ukraine.

After after the 13th and 14th centuries the mongols converted to islam....The Russians used the flag in military battles against the mongols Tartars and probably later Poland and the Dutch mercenaries known as the Teutonic knights..

Surely you meant to say “Teutonic Knights” and in fact they were ‘Deutsch’/German and definitely not Dutch. You have a long way to go before you are an advocate of ‘history.’

How about learning to read and write properly before talking about "intellectual facts".

What are you even saying?

Also, it's UKRAINE not "the Ukraine", that name is muscovite propaganda.

To be fair people referring to the country as simply Ukraine and not the Ukraine didn’t get popular in America until the invasion. Same with spelling and pronouncing the capital differently. I don’t think everyone who uses pre-invasion terms is necessarily parroting Moscow propaganda

Stop trolling ....and obtain intellectual facts

"Obtain intellectual facts" is an incoherent phrase.

No I'm not.... actually it's anti Russian....because Russians deny the Ukraine was ruled by Polish Lithuanians and austro Hungary for 600 years while the Russians only had it off and on for only 400 years...

And its anti Russian because russians and many eastern Catholics on this site deny the fact Russians are mongols and not Slavic.
