wouldn't be a problem if they didn't all use aluminum

these cheap mofos just need to make it a bit heavier and out of steel

steel doesn't get weaker everytime it's loaded or stressed (up to a certain point), aluminum does, and the amount of stress doesn't even matter

it Will break one day, if it is alu, and yea sure solid tires may accelerate that sudden death, but it's still a crappy material used like this

and no even American aluminum would do that, it isn't just cuz its Chinese.

This way your scooter weighs 10kg more and halves your autonomy.

uhh no.. only if you also gained weight, 10kg really isn't gonna make a large difference in autonomy.

look at it this way, if you + your scooter together weigh 90kg for example, you may get 10% worse autonomy at best on hills*, on flat roads even less difference when you then together weigh 100kg

the larger the person riding the less increase in scooter weight really matters

but lets be honest, you could just make the top of the frame (deck, or a part of it atleast) and the neck holding your stem out of steel

those are very critical parts on a frame..
