Tech Support feels like my wheels are heavy

i have a zsnake it goes 40mph and when im pushing those speeds , I feel like i should be moving way faster but my wheels feel tightness and restriction

Did you over tighten the swing arms? Do the tires free spin smoothly off the ground?

I checked out the wheels and the back wheel does not spin fully and has a scraping noise when spun. The rotor looks to be Aligned and cleared from the brake pad idk

The only way to be 100% sure is to place your scooter on a chair or bench so that you can run the wheels suspended. And then I usually recommend to remove the brake caliper and leave it hanging off to the side, even if it looks like the brake pads are not touching the rotor. Only takes a few minutes so there’s no point in not doing it. That will let you check out how smoothly it turns and figure out if your bearings are going bad on the motor. Unfortunately, that can be kind of a painful repair and you will need some good tools to accomplish that repair.
