Kingsong 14m noticeably warmer on one side

Recently, when charging, I’ve noticed that the left side of the euc has been consistently getting warmer than the right side. Is this a sign of a dead cell within the battery pack? Is it still safe to ride and charge?

That's because the battery is only on one side

The 14m only has 1 batttery pack. Thats why its slower, and less range than the 14d. Im not sure if it shoud be warm or not, I got rid of mine a few years ago. i dont notice ny warmth on my ks16s packs, but the charger can burn you.

The 14m is a lovable little piece of shit. It has only one battery, which is why it's so easy to overpower it. It's my first wheel, and great to learn how to ride, but damn is it kind of irritating sometimes how they only put a single pack. Pretty cheap for its release date though

That euc has balancer based on resistors ...maybe left side battery pack has lower energy capacity now and is discharging a bit when a right side is still in charging.

If a wheel is not complaining about a battery pack then should be still ok.

If is not a very warm then is ok.

That's the side with the battery.

First of all, nice wheel.

Second how's the % of the battery? Maybe one side is charged already since 14m has battery in both sides.

would be highly concerning if it had two packs it charged at different times...
