No, if DOGE (we already have the GAO that does literally the same thing) is a hint at where we’re going, he’ll just form another executive EM office that does literally the exact same thing as FEMA.

The scope of FEMAs mission is a lot bigger than what some executive office could perform.

If only the Administration saw it that way. Hopefully Congress disagrees, there is plenty of bipartisan support to keep FEMA, some are already trying to make it an independent cabinet level agency again like it should have been kept as.
