I wonder what that would mean for National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) and Hazard Mitigation Assistance (HMA). Would these be removed, or moved to a different department? Secondly, I wonder if he would keep the Tribal Set Aside for Tribal Nations?

have any of them ever hurt his feelings? I think maybe he's starting with grievances first, then favors for his inner circle. The tribes might be 3rd or 4th tier for him.

Restore FIMA as a standalone agency. Or do what actually should be done and drop NFIP and let the private insurance market run its course. People want to build in floodprone areas over and over again? Do so at 100% your own risk when private insurers won't even take on that risk.
