Gotta make sure the camera can see the dog tags. He's a marine, you know. Did you know that? Apparently the only one to ever find work in emergency management after taking off the uniform.
On a serious note, what a clown. One of the best lessons I learned came from a mentor before speaking to the media as part of an update on the SAR efforts during Hurricane Harvey - "Whatever you do, don't be the story."
This is what getting that wrong looks like.
