Good question. As you can see they are mostly removed and problems can happen only if they eat too many ( chocking hazards) but of course they are monitored . Treats like this are few and far between given we have 900 puppers, and as we are in the desert we have to order water trucks in, so it’s a nice way to hydrate but treat them. also not making excuses as these rescues receive the best care and the right food now. But they also come from a life on the streets. Where they were scavengers.
