Album Discussion Is this a rare CD?

Hi, I just found an old Fall Out Boy CD I think might be a limited edition from what I’ve read on here. I can’t find much info online, apart from that it might be a limited edition play.com release - does anyone know if it’s rare or what it might be worth?

yes the blue CD is rare; I believe it was a limited (maybe international?) release from it's original release in 2008. when they printed the blue vinyl in 2024, a CD wasn't part of that, so this is an old limited edition CD you have.

no they aren’t rare, but i heard if you leave them in your mailbox they magically turn into dust and a love letter is left behind

That's so cool! I don't know how rare the CD is, but the "Folie à Bleu" vinyl is pretty pricey. I didn't know there was a blue CD version, but tbf FAD was not my favorite album for many years so I wasn't paying close attention to releases. Anyway if I was you I wouldn't part with this for cheap, but again idk if it's worth much or just a cool random find. If it isn't worth much, then it's still cool to keep as a collectible imo.
