Submission Statement: I'm working on a trailer for my upcoming 27-minute nature documentary.

I have two questions.

  1. After watching the trailer, do you feel you have a basic understanding of the film? Or is the trailer vague/confusing?
  2. If you are the type of person who watches nature shows or engages with pop-science content, does this intrigue you?

I'm looking to have a sufficient trailer. Not trying to blow this out of the water, but don't want it to have a negative impact either.

Looking for big picture feedback more so than nitpicking. (Color grade is still in progress btw)

It’s stock footage (that I shot in some cases) for nature documentaries and a stock AI voice telling a non-story with a generic script that doesn’t make sense.

So I actually don’t know why you need feedback when you’re not trying to ‘blow this out of the water.’

“Content?”

Why are you doing this?
