Poor financial decisions were made - Barrett M82A1

Saw the Barrett M82A1 on sale during Labor Day on PSA and said fuck it, no balls.

It sure is fun sending $3.65 down range every time you pull the trigger. Topped with Nightforce XTRM Rings and Vortex PST Gen II 5x25

Mods feel free to delete this but this was too funny not to share. I guess if you have a bunch of Anderson lowers, sell them now. The Anderson Index looks like it's going to hit an all-time high.

Not sure if this is a deal tho

Armscor RIA M200 (.38 special); Crane Lock Issue

Wanted to disassemble the gun to get to know it better and do a deep clean/oiling. I am having a problem with the last step of reassembly.

During reassembly, everything works well until I attempt to reinsert the crane lock screw, detent, and spring. I line them up (though the detent does not want to fit well into the screw) and screw them in, making sure the spring is in both the detent and the screw. I get resistance before the screw is flush.

If I stop screwing at that resistance point, the gun functions normally: the chamber release works smoothly, the chamber rotates on a double action trigger pull/when cocked and single action fired. If I tighten the screw beyond that point, the chamber is too tight and does not want to rotate or release. Any advice? Thanks!

This is my PS90 on my trash can. I've got it mostly screen accurate for Stargate SG-1. The ring sight is awesome, the Streamlight Scorpion is incredibly dim compared to modern lights, and the gun itself is a ton of fun to shoot. Coupled with 5.7 being much less expensive than it used to be, it's safe to say that this is my favorite gun.

Poor people range day

Went out with some friends, closest to furthest is a folding Maverick 88, Savage Axis II in 30-06, a Turkshit Citadel semi auto shotgun, PSA AR15 with M16 carry handle sights, Winchester AXP shotgun, the two tone is a SW40VE with the worst trigger known to man and a P365 next to it, a old single shot 20 gauge break action and a Ruger AR build at the end.

Are you blind like me and wondering how a red dot compares to a 30x Scope at 200 yards? Wonder no more!

Rifle red dot is a holosun 515, and the scope is a athlon cronus 4.5-29x56. Red dot pictures have the same target is the upper left in the background as the scope does. "near" target is at 100 yards.

I dont feel bad using the magnifier with my rifle, I cant see shit! Everytime I hear people say they had to qualify to 200 yards or 600 yards with irons, I have no idea how. You can see the dot already covers the target at 200 yards. I cant even imagine the sight picture at 600
