No it’s the process after your hired of filling out all the paperwork, watching the HR videos, getting your gear, ect… Seasonal Wildland Firefighters go through this prior to starting work each season

I am not federal but they deploy here when we get a bad start. But yes seasonal are basically hired for a season only .. so they have to apply every season as I understand it.
