This bill was sponsored by republican state rep Jordan Teuscher and signed by republican governor Spencer Cox. Remember this shit when its time to vote

The bill also didnt have enough votes to override a veto so Governor Cox could have stopped it but chose not to

I'm more then certain that a majority of the reps that voted for this have not only received IAFF political donations but endorsements as well.

Because the fire unions are stuck in the 90s.

Republicans gutted our pension in ~2009, and a majority of the fire service here still votes for them. Stockholm suckers.
