Call Hazmat and a priest. I don't mess with sewer demons.

Comments on the original video mention this might be due to copper wiring or pipes that are burning up.

We call them Hazmeals on Wheels. Cuz when the incident is a long one, at least they pick up the meals and deliver them to all the working companies. 😂

Yah. Underground substation exploded, sparking a transmission cable fire is what I heard.

Some others were saying boron I believe since it's a lot of flame for something like wires or piping
