Call Hazmat and a priest. I don't mess with sewer demons.

Comments on the original video mention this might be due to copper wiring or pipes that are burning up.

Copper does color flames green so it could be.

Yah. Underground substation exploded, sparking a transmission cable fire is what I heard.

Some others were saying boron I believe since it's a lot of flame for something like wires or piping
