So are company officers not allowed to drill with their guys in KC? I know for live fire and complex dives we get an ambulance to standby but the dive team swims everyday with no ems here

Outside the city, no ALS equipment, chief didn’t know. Lots of issues here.

Not outside the city... surrounded by the city. No ALS equipment requirements for every training nor is that feasible. Chief doesn't have to be informed of company level training. Main issue is your lack of information while pretending to be an authority.

Were they inside the jurisdiction of KCFD OR KCPD? You don’t think when engaging in abnormal training a house officer should let dispatch and the BC know they will be out of district?

Not abnormal training for a rescue company that specializes in water rescue to train IN WATER. And jurisdiction?... Guess you don't know KC at all... Gladstone is a tiny town completely encircled by KC. Do you think KCFD never runs calls there?... they do.
