What kind of truck is that? I have never seen the discharges in the rear like that. Where is the pump panel?

Rear mount pump, panel is where the FF is standing.

Can't tell you why that department (looks like somewhere in Quebec) has one.

Town west of me has two, allows them to have four door custom cabs, full cabinet space, single rear axle and have 1500gpm/1500gwt. Puts more of the weight on the front axle to comply with the state bridge law requirements.

My area single rear axles with a mid-mount pump usually max out at 1200 gallon tanks.

Yes it is. In fact the city where this picture was taken is the city of Mercier.
