Ask A Firefighter Problems raising the Spartan Gladiator cabin

Good afternoon, at my base we have a 2004 Spartan Gladiator Classi truck. The cabin won't rise. Is there any support for where the air relay is? Does it have a spacer? Does it have something to do with it since a nut is lost? Any help is appreciated.

These also have manual jacking ability like a car jack. Does the cab move when trying manually?

We recently found out that isn’t always true. Our old engines have a manual pump that you can use an iron rod like a jack. We spent a good 15 minutes looking for the manual pump position on the new engines. Ended up looking at the manual and seeing its listed as a “optional add on” that we did not select
