Recommendations for up to 60" modern gas linear fireplace for bedroom under $5ke

New addition to our house with master bedroom.

Looking for a simple linear fireplace with the thinnest possible frame (for WAF).

-Natural gas -Decorative glass instead of logs -Remote start would be nice but otherwise don't need any bells and whistles. -Thin frame. Depth not a major issue as this is new framing. - Heat rating not an issue as we are in SoCal. This is mostly for ambiance and to take the edge off on cooler nights. - Length not a major issue but I think minimum 48 up to 72 will fit. 60ish would be nice.

I've looked at a lot of brands recommended here. Napolean frames look too bulky. The Mendota M/L54 looks perfect but also seems to be more expensive than I'd prefer.

Thank you for suggestions of other brands and models that you think may work for us!

These go up to 42" wide viewing. Going much over that size and you're into higher price bracket ranges.

I’ve priced out a lot of fireplaces in the industry. The lowest in price I’ve seen are the kozy heat Callaway and fireplace Xtrordinair Probuilder. That being said, not many are going to be around that $5,000 unless you find a deal like a display model or something. The ProBuilder 42 basic version may be your closest bet and you can add a remote but those basic models have been discontinued so you may have to call around to see if anyone has any. Outer frame viewing is around 45.75”

Montigo is a great name in DV fireplaces. They have a 60" Delray for under 5k.
