Being the minimum wage worker protecting a $300M asset isn't the flex you think it is.

u/RicardoPanini 2d ago

He definitely fantasizes about releasing his dog on some vandals to "save" the billionaire's insured toy so he can get a pat on the head too.

u/thrax_mador 2d ago

Would you do it for a proletariat snack?
Nuh-uh...
Would you do it for...two proletariat snacks?

R'okay!

The dog likely won’t bite either. Security companies buy dogs that get dropped from police training because they won’t engage. If the dogs DID engage, they wouldn’t be sold to security, they’d still be police dogs

5

u/Successful-Tree5111 2d ago

Or they won’t let go something wrong looks sweet though

7

u/Inevitable-Affect516 2d ago

Not letting go isn’t a problem for police k9s. Here in CA, you’re required to have at least 3 available options for getting the dog to let go. Usually it’s verbal (command to let go), pry bar (little bar goes in their mouth and opens it up as you pull them off) or “hard out” which is constricting their airway until they’re on the verge of unconsciousness and are going limp and release the bite.

The hard out is used. Often. And is an acceptable method. And often times is the only method that works on a live bite

2

u/Occams_RZR900 1d ago

Guess you’re not aware of the fourth key to get a dog to release bite….

It’s a finger in their butthole.

4

u/JakeStout93 1d ago

Most police use their dicks I heard, smaller than their finger, so hurts less

3

u/AntePerk0ff 2d ago

Plenty of other reasons for a dog to drop from a police program.
Not all security companies source police dropouts either.

1

u/Inevitable-Affect516 2d ago

No, instead they source dogs that wouldn’t bite in the first place.

For thousands of years, we bred dogs to not bite people.

Now, we look for those dogs. And it’s incredibly difficult to find dogs that will bite on command and not just randomly. Any reputable breeder who is breeding police/security focused dogs is going to get checked by police agencies far before security companies. And PD will get the good dogs who do as they should, security is going to get the dogs that can’t make the cut.

Source: Me, a cop in my departments k9 program who also works closely with the company that sources police dogs for most police agencies west of the Mississippi.

3

u/loquedijoella 1d ago

Sometimes they engage too much or have problems with slick floors, or toys, or handler aggression

7

u/Chalky_Cupcake 2d ago

"That was incredible! How would you like to be the lead security on my yacht. You'll lead an all female bikini security detail. I won't be there for most of the year so you'll be captain and can go wherever you want here is an AMEX black in your name call me if you need anything there is a briefcase of cash in your room. Damn you're good!"

23

u/Interesting-Rope-950 2d ago

His fantasy is that he'd have to actually stop someone and the billionaire will recognize what he's done and hire him as his main security

4

u/kgriff5592 2d ago

White Lotus already did that

-4

u/PipsAndRips 2d ago

Some high end armed security jobs are paying around the $50 an hour. This guys might be making bank. And might have a lot of training as well.

13

u/Any_Strain7020 2d ago edited 2d ago

Top level people in the industry are usually very familiar with one core professional principle: Secrecy. Or at least a good dose of professional discretion.

You don't go posting, even in abstract terms, about clients and assets you're protecting and making yerself a soft target by disclosing this kind of info.

What applies to CVs applies mutatis mutandis to social media: https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/20140917045901-24454816-the-5-biggest-mistakes-i-see-on-resumes-and-how-to-correct-them

And say you are making $50 an hour. Who are you trying to impress? Laypeople? Nah. Your peers will know. But you don't flex on socials.

-1

u/PipsAndRips 2d ago

There’s nothing secret about uniformed k-9 work. This isn’t a personal detail or PI. Anything done in a uniform is as much about presence as anything.

5

u/Any_Strain7020 2d ago

NDAs are boiler plate. And the client doesn't pay you to pose for pictures.

Again, why try to impress online, and whom?

What kind of desperate need for recognition does one try to satisfy?

Old memories are best discussed offline.

Bragging online (or trying to) just reeks of desperation.

2

u/PipsAndRips 2d ago edited 2d ago

Fair enough. Beyond marketing it’s not worth anything. But my money is on this guy being the contract for the marina, and just had a special ship in for the night.

230

u/JustIn_HerButt 2d ago

"what do you do for a living?"

"You know that $300M yacht at the marina?"

"Yeah?"

"I am a security guard within its vicinity"

69

u/NoZebra2430 2d ago

"Within its vicinity" cracked me tf up 😂

23

u/NoSuddenMoves 2d ago

"You wouldn't believe how many people break in to get a close look!"

"Yeah, how many?"

"Ummm, zero..."

10

u/QueezyF 2d ago

There was one guy but he was just drunk and trying to piss off the dock.

5

u/TheRealSugarbat 2d ago

You really don’t ever want to meet an angry dock.

2

u/FrenchCrazy 1d ago

I protect that 😤

87

u/Sit_back_and_panic 2d ago

Of course there’s the obligatory super cringe punisher tattoo.

39

u/Human_After 2d ago

Holy fucking dog paw punisher

25

u/Sierra3131 2d ago

Pawnisher

2

u/NotAnActualPers0n 23h ago

Spinoff crossover, set in the Paw Patrol universe; critics loved it but audiences found it too violent for young kids. Eventually found a home on South Korean TV.

2

u/SunsetSmokeG59 1d ago

Lmao and it’s made out of the dog paw I’m gonna throw up

1

u/realrobertapple 2d ago

I think this is the guy who created Pineland Security in Maine?

66

u/Hanajamaa 2d ago

I hope he got some special training, because he looks like a hotdog

28

u/effinmike12 2d ago

That dog weighs more than he does.

23

u/Beginning-Scar-71 2d ago

Dog is super cute though….

3

u/Accurate-Item-7357 2d ago

LASER DOG

1

u/dwaynetheaaakjohnson 2d ago

FETCH ME THEIR SOULS

20

u/Ftb2278 2d ago

Guy is ready to mag dump at a moment's notice

-1

u/misterjzz 2d ago

So he's just an underpaid cop?

23

u/ChiSmallBears 2d ago

Can't let those poors get close to the rich people on the yacht!

23

u/PrinceofSpace1 2d ago

Rich people paying a poor to keep other poors away from their rich people shit.

4

u/EnragedBadger9197 2d ago

Reminds me of that Black Cop song

3

u/No_Bet541 2d ago

it’s giving house slave smh

9

u/Stacksmchenry 2d ago

I was on that yacht too, cleaning the toilets. As I approached the Marina I heard the hammer on his gun click and turned around. I felt the red dot hover on my forehead. "you have entered a restricted public place, put your hands where I can see them". I complied, and produced documentation (a text message from the toilet cleaning agency I work for) and submitted to an ocular pat down. After signing some documents affirming I am not a terrorist or thief and swearing upon a tactical Bible I was escorted to the restroom so I could get some poo off some bowls.

7

u/Whole_Sweet_Gherkins 2d ago

I see there are no physical requirements for this particular security job

3

u/Conscious_Crew5912 2d ago

Dog looks pretty buff...

This reads like one of those t-shirts that have a paragraph of writing with weird font and graphics on it

never judge a book by its cover

my arms MAY be SKINNY

BUT

I could arm wrestle

Stone Cold Steve Austin

and WIN

☠️☠️☠️

3

u/aron2295 2d ago

With a skull that’s on fire and some dragons or something

5

u/Whole_Sweet_Gherkins 2d ago

nice! so all you would have to do is challenge an unruly yacht party guest to an arm wrestling match

8

u/cploz 2d ago

That punisher paw tattoo is a new one 🤣

6

u/DiscoRichard 2d ago

Holy fuck, I am so excited this dude finally made it to this group. Trying to verify that it is in fact the person I think it is. If so, there is so much more you need to see.

5

u/dwaynetheaaakjohnson 2d ago

His legal name is literally on there

4

u/DiscoRichard 2d ago

Yup, I know that. I don’t know him by name, I know him by the interactions I’ve had involving other people. The people I reached out to in order to confirm.

2

u/DiscoRichard 2d ago

Annnnnnd it’s him. Amazing.

2

u/dwaynetheaaakjohnson 2d ago

Drop some alleged stories

2

u/DiscoRichard 2d ago

He’s been spoken to by the police about his uniform looking too similar to theirs. Was also told his dog is not actually trained. Only by himself. Massive liability. He was also walking around wearing military rank on his collar once. As a veteran myself, I informed him that wouldn’t go over well with some people.

2

u/dwaynetheaaakjohnson 2d ago

Lmao so I was right on the money

1

u/DiscoRichard 2d ago

Couldn’t have been more accurate.

1

u/boobbryar 1d ago

he should get his dog taken away but contuine to steal valor and dress like pigs

1

u/DiscoRichard 1d ago

He likely will anyway haha

2

u/DiscoRichard 2d ago

There is also barber and razor wire fence around that dock. I don’t believe that many people were sneaking in to see a boat that was everywhere on the internet, but I obviously don’t know that for fact.

12

u/No_Spinach9820 2d ago

Radioactive dog eyes wtf 😳

10

u/intergalactic-Weapon 2d ago

Dun dun dun dun dun dun goosebumps

9

u/Rude_Ad2362 2d ago

I miss the old goosebumps, it was genuinely so good(looking back it all looks terrible but it’s the nostalgia that keeps me going back to watch.

3

u/propyro85 Boo Boo Bus Driver 2d ago edited 2d ago

There was a good video on YouTube about what happened to Goosebumps. Pretty interesting, and no surprise they kinda just faded away in the early 2000's.

Edit: found it https://youtu.be/kFtaQlJKk8Y?si=RDdf2ZuD7WkIuQS5

1

u/Rude_Ad2362 2d ago

Thank you!!! I will definitely be watching this on my break! 🙏🏾

4

u/ShottySHD 2d ago

Mustve had that shrimp.

34

u/LesserKnownFoes 2d ago

…okay but why does security need a k9? What are they gonna do, bite a trespasser?

18

u/dwaynetheaaakjohnson 2d ago

FETCH ME THEIR SOULS!

39

u/ChiSmallBears 2d ago

Yes.

7

u/LesserKnownFoes 2d ago

Gonna let it bite me so I can sue the fuck out of them.

10

u/Delicious-Ad-7107 2d ago

Alert you to threats and help neutralize them

3

u/Old_Afternoon6587 Junior/Cadet 2d ago

With pepper spray that doesn’t work and very delightful commands!

2

u/aron2295 2d ago

TBH, it looks like that’s his personal pet and he just brought the dog “to work” for photos when he was off the clock.

1

u/FriedRiceBurrito 2d ago

A huge part of security is deterrence. Most people don't want to fuck with big dogs.

1

u/The_Nepenthe 2d ago

He's built like a pencil, what is he going to do without that dog to deter anyone.

4

u/jeskimo 2d ago

There's no way that dog is actually trained well enough to release if he bites. Also no way that dog has any protection/insurance if he does harm someone.

7

u/pranky2 2d ago

Sped

3

u/chookalana 2d ago

derrrrrrrrrr

3

u/PiesAndPot 2d ago

Yeah security should now be allowed to wear dark colored uniforms or have anything resembling a le parch or badge. Just dumb. Why would you want someone to mistake you for a cop with everything going on in the world

10

u/latindolezal 2d ago

Look at those fucking forearms 💀

12

u/Ashamed-Country3909 2d ago

The tattoo of the punisher with dog pri is above the head caught my eye

1

u/Anti-Stan 2d ago

You spelled 'guns' wrong.

1

u/TuesDazeGone 2d ago

What is all that stuff strapped to him?

-3

u/blacksuitandglasses 2d ago

At least he's not obese like a huge chunk of Americans.

0

u/HA1LHYDRA 2d ago

He's skinny fat, which is arguably worse, and his ears are wider than his shoulders, lol

3

u/blacksuitandglasses 2d ago

He's not skinny fat. You're confusing the vest for a belly. His neck and buccal fat are low. He's just skinny.

3

u/HA1LHYDRA 2d ago

Dudes shaped like the coffee worms from Men in Black

2

u/Jealous_Olive94 2d ago

Is pistol holster is on backwards lmao it’s not a sword you don’t have it on the opposite hip to the hand you pull with , so this man is going to drop his gun and wen he really needs it and get killed over his own stupidity

2

u/macguini 2d ago

I bet the dog has the most training.

2

u/Taken_Abroad_Book 2d ago

Oh no! People looking

2

u/Putyourjibsin 2d ago

I bet zero people tried to sneak in for a closer look.

2

u/CardMechanic 2d ago

I can’t help but think the name Polaris is designed to fool non-English speaking people.

2

u/PineSoul603 2d ago

If this is the child I'm thinking of from my home state, he was DQ'd on his background check when he tried to become a cop. Glad to see he took that well and moved on.

2

u/planetary_beats 2d ago

What kind of training do these guys get with their K9’s? Feels like having poorly trained, wanna be cops with big ass German Shepards is not the greatest idea lol.

2

u/artecomet 2d ago

Its the skinny ahh arms for me

2

u/Middle-Operation-689 2d ago

Eww. Those tattoos 😆

2

u/Conscious_Crew5912 2d ago

Cute pupper!

2

u/adm1109 2d ago

How the hell has no one mentioned the most cringe thing about this….

His name is Maxwell and he named his dog Maxie

2

u/Jazzlike_Isopod550 2d ago

Paw patrol looks proud

3

u/Heavy_Consequence441 2d ago

His job is to intimidate and deter so he's doing just fine

Also funny how dog looks mean in pic 1 but cute in pic 2

6

u/Dense-Baby-2032 2d ago

He isn’t intimidating anyone lol

2

u/YamsAtTheDisco 2d ago

Feel bad for the dog. One wrong move by this guy who definitely looks eager to do something with the non existent power he has and let his dog go at someone who didnt do anything will end poorly.

1

u/Montyburnside22 2d ago

Paul Blart. Dock Cop.

1

u/HA1LHYDRA 2d ago

Sir Didymus lookin ass

1

u/internet_thugg 2d ago

He looks like a human thumb

1

u/joytotheworld23 2d ago

Bet they are a great team

1

u/WaltsNJD 2d ago

Takes effort to look trout shouldered with that much gear on

1

u/XergioksEyes 2d ago

I’d be reenacting Black Ops 2 on that thing all night

1

u/Intelligent-Belt3693 2d ago

Like a toothpick dipped in candle wax

1

u/MackDaddy1861 2d ago

The tattoo…

1

u/MarcDealer 2d ago

Poor dog, having to be with this tool all night.

1

u/Aggravating_Skin_307 2d ago

is that John Mayor?

1

u/TheNorsemen777 2d ago

stopped people trying to get a closer look

Woahh thank god he was on duty!

Someone might have gotten a close up picture of the yacht!!!!

That would have been a national security disaster!!

1

u/JimmyStuffet 2d ago

Buffalicious

1

u/pals_atx 2d ago

The Dog Paw punisher tattoo is the most cringe

1

u/XJAMAICAGOLDX 2d ago

Damn those are some shitty tattoos.

1

u/beau92082 2d ago

Top flight security of the world, Craig!

1

u/Ohio_Baby 2d ago

Oh wow…..🤭🤭🤭🤭🤭

1

u/Dreamteam420 2d ago

I work with dogs for a living.

1

u/ChemicalType3415 2d ago

Dog paw punisher tat is textbook security

1

u/legion_XXX 2d ago

What a dork.

1

u/ThehoundIV 2d ago

Maxie seems chill though

1

u/moneyshot008 2d ago

I have a coworker that was a security guard but calls himself a law enforcement officer when people are around. Fucking creep.

1

u/waroftheworlds2008 2d ago

Ooo... it takes balls to have an assult dog as a security guard. It'll get shot when it bites someone.

And even if it doesn't bite, its definitely getting kicked.

1

u/realrobertapple 2d ago

Is This the owner of Pineland Security in Maine?

1

u/SecretCellist9470 2d ago

This is the type of dude that is clawing his way to the front to sign up for ice.

1

u/SeraphOfTheStag 2d ago

ye ol’ occupation?

Guard m”lord’s money pile with my life

1

u/Exact-Report2321 2d ago

Easy money

1

u/CakedayisJune9th 2d ago

I mean, let’s be real, that is a flex, but NOT that kind of flex. It’s nice to have on the resume, nice to tell people, but damn.. this is cringe as fuck when you think they picked you because of skills. You’re the cheapest

1

u/boobbryar 1d ago

nice to tell fucking who? "yeah i was a body guard for some rich guys boat, basically i walked around looking like a cop with my dog and got paid minimum wage"

1

u/TapBusiness5341 2d ago

The dog has bigger legs than his arms!🤣

1

u/RepresentativeOwl709 2d ago

Creeps gpnna creep

1

u/roninthe31 2d ago

Serious question: this guy could totally get a job with ICE, couldn’t he?

1

u/Forza_Harrd 1d ago

The dog has bigger forearms.

1

u/meatus1980 1d ago

Shoutout to Maxie though

1

u/boobbryar 1d ago

genuinely what does the dog paw punisher tattoo mean. every furry ive met ever has hated cops so i doubt its that

1

u/Oxy_Txn 1d ago

Eh i can kinda see this one it’s not too cringe to me. Maybe the yacht owner wants him to look like this to “scare” away any potential robbers. I wouldn’t be surprised if the owner prefers him with all this equipment instead of just having a ccw and a suit or normal clothes.

1

u/juttep1 1d ago

Fuck this bootlicker

1

u/YokedLlama 1d ago

Strange. Did they not allow him on the actual boat to take just one single photo? I bet he asked.

1

u/itscapybaratime 17h ago

While the get-up is certainly cringe, genuinely a wild amount of people just waltz onto boats, as if it's somehow better than walking into a random person's house.

0

u/bojangles006 2d ago

When people realize most security agencies have armed security with issued body armor that displays the company name, the agent's name, and a badge with the company logo.....

This is a standard security uniform, especially when they're guarding a 300m dollar yacht. That's more than all of our assets in this thread combined.

1

u/Spare-Document7086 2d ago

Brutal cringe

-1

u/AwkwardLight1934 2d ago

Idk dawgs not being cringe. Just chilling with his dog and reminiscing

2

u/dwaynetheaaakjohnson 2d ago

I was originally with you on that but then I saw the Punisher paw tattoo

1

u/AwkwardLight1934 2d ago

Oh god I didn't see that 😭

-2

u/Unbreakable_5 2d ago

In my opinion you guys are the cringe. All he did was post a picture. You guys are the ones dickeating and dickriding. Get off yall high horse man just because you can arrest someone 😂

1

u/boobbryar 1d ago

dickriding who?

1

u/Unbreakable_5 1d ago

And the fact that nobody checked me about it and all they did was down vote speaks volumes. People can’t accept the truth. I respect what yall do but yall job is not that deep either that yall gotta have a subreddit to shit on other people. Save lives, keep us safe.

1

u/boobbryar 1d ago

glad my walmart cashier job keeping u safe

1

u/Unbreakable_5 1d ago

Then you shouldn’t even be in this subreddit bro 😂

1

u/Unbreakable_5 1d ago

So you’re just dickriding and dickeating and you don’t even have a First responder job

1

u/boobbryar 1d ago

im literally just here to talk shit on pigs and people who wish they werw pigs lmfao whats ur point

1

u/Unbreakable_5 1d ago

Definition of dickeating my man.

1

u/boobbryar 1d ago

again dickeating who? the concept of hating cops?

2

u/idrawbaddies 1d ago

wish some1 wouuld eat my dick :( mtf btw

1

u/boobbryar 1d ago

do u think "dickriding" and "dickeating" mean "talking shit"? genuinely what do u think these words mean lmfao

0

u/Unbreakable_5 1d ago

Dickriding anything or anyone yall don’t like. If yall really think less of security guards or any first responder that does some “cringey” shii then why say anything at all? Yall just wanna be fake anonymous bullies. 💯

1

u/boobbryar 1d ago

dickriding a concept? pretentious ass way to use dickriding considering ur basically moaning on his shit rn

1

u/Unbreakable_5 1d ago

Moaning on who’s? I don’t know the guy in the photo nor have I said anything about him particularly. I’m referring to your whole subreddit. How is it a concept when it exist and I’m literally typing in it???

1

u/boobbryar 1d ago

u dont know him yet ur still throwing it back for the pig cosplayer

1

u/Unbreakable_5 1d ago

Notice how you call him a cosplayer and bro just minding his business doing his job 😭. So worried about the next man or woman yall make fun of them? 😂 shit lame

1

u/boobbryar 1d ago

y r u so hurt? do u cosplay cops and defend rich guys coke boats with ur untrained dog or something on the side?

1

u/Unbreakable_5 1d ago

I’m not hurt. I’m just calling out a whole bunch of people who think they are above other people for the most frivolous things. When all they could do is just simply… yk… not say a thing and let these people be delusional

1

u/boobbryar 1d ago

so u dont consider urself better then cop cosplayers who protect rich guy boats with their untrained dogs?

→ More replies (0)

1

u/Unbreakable_5 1d ago

Hot dogs holla my man. You got hit.

1

u/boobbryar 1d ago

"if yall ready think less of them, why do u talk shit on them 💯"

looks like someones a harvard graduate, congrats!

1

u/Unbreakable_5 1d ago

If you think less of someone shouldn’t you just keep it pushing because yk you’re better than them? Insecure to talk shit about someone yk you’re better than.

1

u/boobbryar 1d ago

said by someone who always takes their own advice

1

u/Unbreakable_5 1d ago

The World Champions wouldn’t talk shit to the worst team in the league my guy.

1

u/boobbryar 1d ago

so what does that make ur comments?

-2

u/XBOX_COINTELPRO 2d ago

Class aspects and the dumb tattoo asides this isn’t really anything to write home about. Uniform is pretty standard, he’s not pretending to be a first responder. He just posted a thing about something he thought was interesting at work

1

u/boobbryar 1d ago

i hope he gets pushed off the dock everyday and gets his dog taken away from him forever

-5

u/AnimalBasedAl 2d ago

this isn’t even cringe, just a cool memory
