At first glance I thought that was avocado toast in the middle. Salmon makes much more sense.

How do y'all think the timing on that worked out? Couldn't have possibly all been done together, right?

I’m still teaching myself on the grill, but I blanched the veggies (except for the asparagus) ahead of grilling. So essentially, I put the corn on first in aluminum foil and the carrots, radishes and parboiled potatoes just after. Then I put the asparagus on the top shelf with the helix pepper and sort of rotated everything around the salmon which took around 18 min. I also kept the oven on warm and transferred anything that was close to being perfectly cooked to a sheet pan until I assembled the whole meal.
I have a better idea on timing next go around. Grilling is definitely an art.
