Show Your Truck Rusty 2016 f350 , how bad is this ?

Massachusetts truck. 2016 f350 140k miles. Guy wants $21,000 for it. I know New England is bad whan it comes to salt and rusting vehicles. I also know Fords are know for the rockers to rust and all, which I saw starting to bubble on this truck. This just seem like too much rust going on. Am I being unreasonable with expecting less rust? Or do you think this still has many years left?

Frame is fine. Box supports are rusting, as is tradition.

Dry ice cleaning method would work wonders on that

I’d be leary at $10,000, $21,000 is insanity coming from a fellow salt belt dweller

A lil prevention woulda went a long way bout 5 years ago. Good luck taking anything loose under there without fighting rust and breaking bolts.

That is one nasty looking undercarriage. For that much $$,I'd run away. I have a 2017 that is no where close to that much rust.
