Does anyone know on which the dates the chapters of volumes 18 and 19 were published?

I like taking notes of the dates when each chapter is published. The To your Eternity wiki has info on each chapter such as on which date each chapter is published. But from volume 18 onward, there was no info on the rest of the chapters, so I added summaries of the chapters in volumes 18 and 19 up to the end of the modern arc. I just don't know on what date they were published. If anyone knows what dates they were published and could tell me, I would appreciate it

The week numbers on my hiatus chart correspond to the weeks on epochconverter.com:

Since every chapter was published on a tuesday (in the western hemisphere) you should be able to use it to reverse engineer dates. For all but the first couple years I upsated it week by week, so it should be accurate, for the first couple years I used a combination of comixology info which probably no longer exists, and comicvine info.

Sorry but I have trouble understanding how exactly the graph that you sent works. Could you maybe explain it?

Left side shows the year, top side shows the weeks for each year, so each box is a specific week in a specific year.

This page shows the dates for each week number in 2020 for example: https://www.epochconverter.com/weeks/2020

Week 16 for 2020 has a nunber, meaning a chapter came out 14 April 2020.

If there's a chapter number in a box, that chapter came out that week, if it's empty there was no chapter, and if there's a dash the magazine was on break and there was no chapter.
