Not really, while writers have conflicting statements on what happened. One writer says that the character was just "The God Mountain" with no real statements going beyond that, where the other writer of the issue where he killed God stated that the God that was killed was THE God of IDW's Megaverse, which would put him in line with Higher Scalings and Beyond to thing like Dungeons and Dragons which were part of the IDW Megaverse. So really, it depends on which writer's statements you take, but all the writers have also stated that it's also up to interpretation.

I will say, IDW is too much left to interpretation. I think Super Godzilla is prolly the strongest. Homie is like an 8th Dimensional Being fighting Bagan who's an even more powerful Dimensional Being.
