Yeah he kills God Mountain, whos stated to be the creator of the entire Godzilla cosmology, took his power after killing him. The being he killed at the end of the series was supposed to be God Mountain's counterpart. Take it as you will, if you think it's Yog-Sothoth then it is Yog-Sothoth.

The last part is headcanon of it being Yog-Sothoth, everything else that's confirmed
