The most powerful versions of godzilla,but who would win?

Cinematic? Heisei
Television? Ultima, assuming you're including his true "IT" form. Hanna Barbara if we're only considering physical beings.
Video Game? No clue. Only played the Pipeworks games back in the day.
Comic? Very contentious:
Marvel Godzilla contended with characters from Marvel's main canon of Earth 616; even back in the day, characters like Hercules, Hulk and Thor were pretty busted.
DC Godzilla is hailed for defeating Superman, but there's a lot of "buts" and context that kinda brings his scaling down. Author statements vs feats, circumstance with the story, etcetera.
Godzilla in Hell is considered the strongest by many depending on how you scale him. The issue is there are a lot of conflicting statements just from the folks who worked on that comic, so it's hardly clear cut if he is a multiversal menace or not.
