To me its a toss up between three versions
Marvel Godzilla: He was always among the most powerful versions but now he actually scales to the modern version of Marvel's cosmology and the feats he's done in the recent crossover amps him by a fucking insane amount.
Godzilla in Hell: A contender with Kratos as THE TwitterStatement-Man. But being honest, to me, if the statements come from the literal creators of the story, then I see no good reason to blindly disregard them. The God Mountain was confirmed to have created the Godzilla Multiverse, which in IDW contains all of the Toho Godzillas. And NO he did NOT die in a planetary explosion. Godzilla legally cannot be killed by IDW. He can be defeated, but not killed.
However a misconception is that the God Mountain created the entire IDW Megaverse, except that doesn't make... any sense, if you think about it for more than two minutes. At most, it's just the Godzilla multiverse, and perhaps the other universes that Godzilla crosses over with, but that's it.
Godzillla Ultima: This is most people's answer, and it's easy to see how. If you want to give yourself a migraine, try powerscaling Godzilla Ultima using both the show and novel. Trust me, coming from someone who does powerscaling, it is NOT worth it. Infinity dimensional, the novel actually implies Ultima has some form of narrative manipulation. It cannot be killed, it cannot be defeated, it can only be delayed.
